At South Texas Naturals, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and natural. Here are some common questions we get about our handmade soaps:

Yes! We carefully select high-quality oils, butters, clays, and botanicals. Some soaps are scented with pure essential oils, while others feature safe, phthalate-free fragrance blends.

All real soap is made with lye—but don’t worry! Through the saponification process, no lye remains in the finished bar. What you get is pure, gentle soap.

We use them in skin-safe amounts, but some essential oils aren’t recommended for children, pregnant women, or people with certain sensitivities. If you’re unsure, choose an unscented bar.

On average, 3–4 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your soap, keep it on a well-draining soap dish so it can dry between uses.

Because it’s made without hardening chemicals. Proper storage helps your bar last longer.

That’s the beauty of handmade soap! Each bar is unique, with its own swirls and variations.

Scents may mellow slightly as the soap cures, but they remain pleasant and skin-safe. Store in a cool, dry place for best results.
