South Texas Naturals products are shipped USPS priority, and First Class packed as safe as possible and meant to get your soap to you in the best quality possible. 

Priority USPS mail and First Class have tracking and/or minimum insurance.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your South Texas Naturals products, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.

If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact me within three days of receiving your damaged product.

Payment

South Texas Naturals accepts PayPal and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before that will be made (if a custom order) or shipped.
